Terms and Conditions


The checkout and account areas of Bunbury Flower Place are secured using Paypal. This ensures that your credit card number and personal data are never sent over the Internet unencrypted.

Should a payment be declined, it shall be at Bunbury Flower Places’ discretion if the flowers are sent. Whilst we will try to contact you, if contact cannot be made, the delivery may not occur. Should the delivery have already been done, the sending customer will be liable for any costs incurred by Bunbury Flower Place to recoup the monies.


Should the recipient not be happy with the quality of the flowers, we must be advised within 48 hours of the delivery. It shall then be their responsibility to return them to our main store, by the next working day, so we can ascertain any problems. We are open every day of the year, so someone is always here to help.

If we are happy that there was indeed a problem with flower quality, we will then replace the original flower(s), with another of the same variety. If we believe the problem to have been caused by either a lack of watering, heat ( as in placed near a heat source) or damage caused after the delivery, Bunbury Flower Place in no way shall be held liable to replace or refund.


Bunbury Flower Place shall not be responsible for any orders not received due to the customers mailbox, I.S.P or connection not forwarding the information through in time, for information not received due to Bunbury Flower Places’ host, I.S.P. or connection being offline (due to circumstances out of our control), or in the event of Power Blackouts, outages or lack of supply or any communication which does not make it to our e-mail service due to SPAM filters.
