PAYMENT METHODS

The checkout and account areas of Bunbury Flower Place are secured using SSL technology. This technology is the most advanced security technology available today and ensures that your credit card number and personal data are never sent over the Internet unencrypted.

Should a payment be declined, it shall be at Bunbury Flower Places’ discretion if the flowers are sent. Whilst we will try to contact you, if contact cannot be made, the delivery may not occur. Should the delivery have already been done, the sending customer will be liable for any costs incurred by Bunbury Flower Place to recoup the monies.

DELIVERY

Delivery to Bunbury and surrounding suburbs is available in the morning from 10.30am Monday – Saturday, with afternoon deliveries in the afternoon from 2.30pm onwards. To ensure a same day morning delivery the order must be received, by us, before 9.00am and by 2pm for a same day service.

Where no-one is home to receive the delivery it will be left in a suitable area, out of the weather, and a delivery notice to advise where they were left in the mailbox. Should the delivery driver not be able to gain enter to the property or if the residence doesn’t allow for the flowers to be left, the recipient will have to make arrangements to collect the flowers from our main store at 114 Spencer St. Bunbury during opening hours.

Bunbury Flower Place shall not be liable for deliveries left at the wrong address due to incorrect details being provided or if the recipient has moved house. It shall remain the sending customers’ onus to ensure the recipient will be around to accept delivery of flowers. Should the receiving party have gone away, holidays or otherwise, Bunbury Flower Place shall not be held liable to resend or re-supply any previous delivery, whereas they were not home to receive or enjoy them.

Should the delivery be going to another town, other than the Greater Bunbury Area, or if for a Monday or Saturday delivery, it may not be possible due to courier service restrictions. We shall contact you in this advent.

Sunday or Public Holiday deliveries are not available via the website. They must be organised by telephone or in store, and availability is at the discretion of Bunbury Flower Place. A surcharge is also applicable.

QUALITY OF FLOWERS

Should the recipient not be happy with the quality of the flowers, we must be advised within 48 hours of the delivery. It shall then be their responsibility to return them to our main store, by the next working day, so we can ascertain any problems. We are open every day of the year, so someone is always here to help.

If we are happy that there was indeed a problem with flower quality, we will then replace the original flower(s), with another of the same variety. If we believe the problem to have been caused by either a lack of watering, heat ( as in placed near a heat source) or damage caused after the delivery, Bunbury Flower Place in no way shall be held liable to replace or refund.

DISCLAIMER

Bunbury Flower Place shall not be responsible for any orders not received due to the customers mailbox, I.S.P or connection not forwarding the information through in time, for information not received due to Bunbury Flower Places’ host, I.S.P. or connection being offline (due to circumstances out of our control), or in the event of Power Blackouts, outages or lack of supply or any communication which does not make it to our e-mail service due to SPAM filters.
